Information collected
When you submit an inquiry, Syntix may collect your full name, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, job title, company name, company website, country, industry, company size, business description, current tools, services needed, inquiry type, message, user agent and page URL.
Purpose of collection
Inquiry data is used to review your request, understand business context, respond to you, prepare follow-up questions, maintain business records and evaluate whether Syntix can support the requested work.
Storage and providers
The contact form is prepared to store inquiries in a future dedicated Supabase project for Syntix company website inquiries. If email notification variables are configured, inquiry notifications may also be sent through an email notification service. Service providers should be used only for company-level website operations.
Correction or deletion requests
You may request correction or deletion of your inquiry data by contacting [email protected]. Syntix may retain limited business records where needed for legitimate administrative, legal or operational reasons.
